Tamás Vinkó, Ph.D.
I joined to the Tribler team in April 2008. Since then I have worked on the C++ version of the BuddyCast simulator (originally written by Jie Yang in Python) which is a discrete time event simulator of the epidemic protocol of Tribler. This area is strongly related to Semantic Clustering, Similarity, Decentralized Search, Decentralized Recommendation.
Before coming to Delft I worked in the field of global optimisation, which can be appiled also in the P2P context (see some collection of papers by other researchers here).
