Browser Plugin Build HOWTO

This page contains the instructions for building the SwarmPlugin. It replaces the instructions on Diego's general plugin page. However, this page is also outdated, see  D6.5.3, Appendix A for the most up-to-date version. The configure flags mentioned there are incorrect, so use (the ones from) the p2pnext-win32-setup-from-co.sh script. (older public version  here, D6.5.3 should be posted there soon too)
