In your Tribler library you should be able to right click on the file and click on "Remove from library and hard disk". Which will delete it from your Tribler library and also remove the folder from your system.

    Good question, seems to be the same for 4.1.9 on OSX

      would also be nice to have an uninstaller for OSX, as i've tried fixing this problem by removing and reinstalling and all of the 'Files' are still there.
