Feature Suggestion - persistent upload counter

I like the tribler option to set the upload/download to 1. This way I can leave tribler running at night, knowing for sure that I am not going to forever clog my poor connection.

The problem is that if I have to exit tribler (or shut down the computer), the d/l counter resets to zero, and I am not sure how much is left for the upload to reach the 1/1 ratio.

Would it be possible to set it so that the d/l amount is kept in memory when I exit tribler, so when I restart it it will continue counting the upload amount?

I am using ubuntu 7.10, with the latest tribler version from your repository.

Thanks,

Z.
